§ 1 Application with regard to businesses and definitions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and other services between us and a consumer as amended at the time of the order. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can be primarily attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.

§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of contract text
(1) The following rules on the conclusion of the contract apply to orders passed via our Internet shop http://www.madridnatural.es.

(3) The presentation of goods in our on-line shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a offer to conclude a purchase contract that is binding on him.

§3 Prices, Shipping costs, Payment, Due date
(1) The prices include VAT at the legally prescribed rate and other price components. Shipping costs are additional.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying by

§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly indicated this in the product description, all products offered by us are ready for immediate delivery. Depending on the country, delivery takes place within 5-8 working days, provided that the standard shipping has been selected. For fresh food, we recommend express shipping with a delivery within 2 working days.
Shipping on the Spanish Peninsula takes place within 1 working day.
The deadline for delivery begins to run the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday at the place of delivery, it shall be deemed to end on the next business day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods only passes to the buyer with the transfer of the goods to the latter, even when the goods are sent by mail.

The refund shall be issued to the same payment method which you provided for the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you; under no circumstances shall you be charged fees to process this refund.
We may withhold the refund until the items have been returned to us, or until you have provided evidence that you have shipped the goods, whichever takes place first. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notified us that you were cancelling this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
